DROSH: Insaf Teachers Association (ITA) Drosh has demanded transfer of teachers belonging to Upper Chitral.
In a press statement, ITA said as the new district of Upper Chitral was now functional and recently administrative setup of education department was completed, teachers having domicile of Upper Chitral should be sent to their areas from Lower Chitral.
ITA further demanded that the new e-transfer policy adopted by education department does not have “Verses” option which has created confusion therefore the verses option should be included in the e-transfer mechanism.
It further said that lot of teachers from lower Chitral are posted in upper Chitral and similar is the situation for teaches of upper Chitral posted in lower Chitral.
Transfer of teachers to the district of their domicile would equally benefit the teachers of both the districts.
