Staff satisfaction in AKHS Chitral, a reader’s view — 2 Comments

  1. I don’t understand the motives of Mr. Javed to bring this news to the media. Aga Khan Health Services has and has been rendering valuable services since decades. None of us can deny it tremendous services. It is a fact. Yes there are times in the lives of institutions where they face challenges as well including the issue of maintaining the motivation and job satisfaction of staff, which I guess is very important factor. AKDN has its own strategic plan to tackle with such issues. Obviously, none of the private organization can compete with government in salaries but in service and quality we all know the difference. If there is any new management or something, they have to prove their leadership and only a few lines of Mr. Javed just to show the higher management that people are happy is highly unethical. Mr. Javed must also explain and his allegations of nepotism in last decades. It has been a culture that people can easily pass on allegations against other.

  2. Mr Javed, would you please elaborate some of the steps taken which resulted in staff satisfaction. Is this your judgement or based on some facts and figures.
