Mother of three murdered in Sonoghor
SONOGHOR: A woman was murdered at her house here on Wednesday, local residents told ChitralToday.
They said the woman was strangled to death allegedly by her husband, identified as Havala Baig, son of Shah Faisal Baig, resident of Gol area of Sonoghor. The woman was a native of Sarghuz village and mother of three children, including two daughters.
ChitralToday has learnt that the suspected killer wanted to enter into a second marriage but his wife was opposed to it. This might have prompted the man to eliminate her.
After killing her, possibly in connivance with one of his family members, the suspect told the neighbours that she had died of heart attack. The police have registered a case and are investigating the matter.
The issue is well identified by Mr. Alam as hundreds of candidates will miss their chances of appearing in the master’s exam in private capacity only due to the imposition of double admission fee. The project director is once again appealed to kindly extend the date by two weeks.
