CHITRAL: Syed Mazhar Ali Shah, a grade 17 officer of the Provincial Management Service, currently working as the assistant commissioner of Battagram has been transferred and posted as the settlement officer of Chitral. Mr Shah worked as the additional assistant commissioner and the district monitoring officer (education) Chitral when he was posted to Battagram a few months ago.
