Markhor adorned on wings of PIA planes

ISLAMABAD: Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) will now carry the portrait of Markhor, a mountain goat found in Chitral and other areas, on the wings of its aircraft, highlighting its commitment to preserve the endangered species.

The redesigned aircraft may debut at the inauguration of the New Islamabad International Airport on April 20, 2018.
