I swear by Quran that I voted for PTI in Senate election: Fouzia
PESHAWAR: Swearing by the holy Quran, MPA Fouzia Bibi here on Thursday said she had voted for the PTI candidate in the Senate election and could never thinking of horse trading.
Speaking at a press conference at Peshawar Press Club, she said after allegation post-Senate election she clarified her case in front of the party leadership who assured her that there was no allegation of selling votes by any party lawmaker.
But some quarters have continued a smear campaign since the Senate polls against me on the social media and I have sent them legal notices to prove the allegations. Ms Fouzia said that Chief Minister Pervez Khattak was trying to trap her in order to save the skin of the members of his group in the cabinet and the party.
She said she was in the panel of Ayub Afridi which had 14 members. The panel got 10 votes while the party leadership has accused 10 members of the panel of selling their votes. This shows that there is no truth in the allegations, she added. Ms Fouzia said she would approach court against the allegation as her political career and respect of her family was at a stake.
She called upon PTI Chairman Imran Khan to refer the matter to the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) for probe and said those found guilty of horse trading should be punished. She said she was ready to prove her innocence.
It is very easy and common to swear for thief, dishonest, layer and criminal. Once someone commit crime she or he can go to any extreme. Why we Chitralis are taking this personally and ready to swear for her act. Only Allah knows and let the NAB or court have to decide. If our members of parliament are not corrupt how Salim Khan is playing with billions and has housing scheme in Islamabad and Sardar Hussain is using his money through his relatives. request to all Chitralis don’t be emotional and there are many corrupt people in Chitral.
Better late than never – thank Fozia is finally out. Not only out from PTI but permanently out from politics. She has no option but to organize vocational training seminars like other small party women in the valley. And the game is not over here. You knw why? Fozia apne saath bechara Rehmat Ghazi ko b le dubee. I would rather suggest the PTI high ups to launch probe against her supporter including Rehmat Ghazi as why they stand by her despite allegations of horse trading against her. The PTI should also hold a probe against Rehmat Ghazi. I am dead confused why chief is upset over expulsion of Fozia from the party.
in either way, the loser is PTI.
If Fouzia Bibi was accused of corruption by any other party the easy way out would be to say political victimization.
Now on earth it seems to this lady to ask Imran Khan to send the case to NAB so that it would be easy to get away with the money after paying some part of it under plea bargain. I agree with Ismail Wali. his proposal is the best way to prove her innocence.
Every strong and honest person sacrifices his or her life for religion and words of Allah tabarek Tala and the last prophet. But every weak and dishonest person always try to use religion and Quran Majeed to hide his/her weaknesses and try to protect him or herself. if you are honest why are you using this platform. Rahmat Ghazi and his followers from upper Chitral have divided PTI by getting guidance from the Royal politics of Chitral and Mr. Sikendar ul Mulk is a entry ball of soccer game. Be carefull Chitralis, special group is trying to play a negative game to win the election. Also nomination of Naveed ur Rehman sPML-N president is to get Rizakhel’s vote. Try to demolish status co.

Totally agree with brother Chitrali. Misuse of the holy Quran is not acceptable. Bibi Fozia has accused Pervez Khattak and now he was appointed head of disciplinary committee which will grill the MPAs including Bibi Fozia who took money from the opposition parties. I am so glad with the appointment of Khattak as he will kick out these rotten eggs who betrayed the party. Good going Khan, keep up the work. Throw out these black sheep. As far Rehmat Ghazi, he is no more relevant in PTI politics, and after extending support to Bibi Fozia who is accused of horse-trading, the Charuno chief is now ‘Qissa pareena or history”.

The right way to prove her innocence, she can give us her accounts numbers swearing that she has no other accounts and we can check it on our own.
