Hashwani to receive Nishan-e-Imtiaz on 23rd
ISLAMABAD: President Arif Alvi will confer ‘Nishan-e-Imtiaz’ upon renowned business tycoon, philanthropist and founder and chairman of Hashoo Group Sadruddin Hashwani in recognition of his services on the Pakistan Day, March 23.
Sadruddin HashwaniA government notification said, “In terms of Article 259 (2) of the Constitution of Islamic Republic of Pakistan, 1973 read with Section 3 of Decorations Act 1975 and Item No 11A of Schedule V-B of the Rules of Business 1973, the president is advised to approve the conferment of Pakistan Civil Award ‘Nishan-e-Imtiaz’ upon Mr Sadruddin Hashwani on the occasion of Pakistan Day (23rd March, 2019).
I remember “Loot sale” of these “nishans” when PPP came into power. At that time, Saleem khan was a new comer otherwise, I am certain, he would have managed one for himself. So there is no need to be excited about it.
