Gross irregularities in selection of SSTs

Instead of calling the top scorers in proportion with specified vacancies all the candidates were called for interview with three attested copies of documents along with originals which created trouble and panic among the candidates. It is a fact that Chitral district stretches to vast distance of more than 300 km with various far flung valleys almost inaccessible. After closing date of 24th February, the DEOs extended the time up to 3rd March without any notification and announcement. During this period they personally called candidates of their own interest and violated merit. The committee selected for this purpose included persons who even do not know the subject combination of physical and biological science at B.Sc level. The advertisement issued from the office of Director E &S Education the clear-cut criteria of eligibility for SST physical and biological sciences were Physics and Chemistry respectively as optional subjects at B.Sc level. But in some cases it was noticed that the criteria was not followed. In this way a great injustice has been done in the recent selection.
