May The soul of DC Osama rest in eternal peace. His joint venture along with AKESP Chitral for coaching academy was the first step to a long journey. We appreciate and honor the late DC’s vision and AKESP’s efforts..But this news posted by the organizers/ district admin seem an unrealistic a task. how come an initiative with no substantial human and material resource could undertake coaching on such diverse fields/careers like ETEA, CSS, PMS, cadet colleges, Airforce, career guidance etc..As the vision is great but is not realistic, given the unavailability of human resource and material resources.. Three issues make it unrealistic; reluctance of district govt to allocate significant fund for the initiative, unavailability of effective instructors to all the mentioned programs and lastly lethargy on part of the able few to give some time voluntarily.. It would be better if the academy focus on one or two activities in a given time..
