Another suicide case reported

CHITRAL: A teenage girl in the Terich valley of Upper Chitral has reportedly committed suicide, bringing the number of suicide cases to 26 within the last about seven months in Chitral.

The Mulkhow police said the 15-year-old ended her life by jumping into the river.

The cause of the suicide could not be ascertained. The police said the body was handed over to the relatives of the girl after a postmortem. An investigation is underway, the police said. –S. Nazir Hussain
