Young man stabbed to death by Afghan refugee
CHITRAL: An Afghan refugee allegedly stabbed to death a young man identified as Imtiaz alias Guru in Kosht village of Upper Chitral.
The Afghan refugee, running a confectionary in the village, was also injured in the scuffle and was admitted to hospital.
Police refused to give details of the incident as clerk of Mulkhow police station said that inspector general had forbidden them from sharing any information with media.–Zahiruddin
First novel development since the creation of the new district. History is changing with change in administrative set up. One can only hope that this new culture is not adopted. It has to be seen by the actions taken to curb repetitions of the sort.
