Chitral-Mastuj road blocked at Denin

CHITRAL: The Chitral-Mastuj road remained blocked at Denin after gushing water leaking from a damaged canal brought down debris and stones into it.

As a result, traffic on the busy road remained suspended for hours till local people managed to reopen it for light traffic on a self-help basis.

Passengers and drivers of public transport criticized the C&W department for not repairing the road on time and creating hardship for commuters in Ramazan.–GH Fraooqui
