Through your newspaper, I would like to draw the attention of the authorities concerned towards problems being faced by the people of upper Chitral in the NADRA office Booni.
People coming to the NADRA office in Booni from remote areas are not being facilitated properly by the staff.
I submitted all the documents of my wife to replace the name of her father in her national identity card with my name. After three months, when I visited the NADRA office they gave me back the documents after misplacing her first CNIC.
Is this now my fault? I had submitted all the needed documents including her CNIC but now I have to face more ordeal only because of the inefficiency of the NADRA staff.
