تجار یونین کا ہنگامی اجلاس،ڈی سی چترال اسامہ احمد وڑائچ کے تبادلے کا مطالبہ
اجلاس سے صدر تجار یونین حبیب حسین مغل نے کہا کہ ایک طرف لواری ٹاپ بند ہے اور لواری ٹنل سے ٹرکوں کی آمدرفت پر پابندی لگائی ہے جس کی وجہ سے چترال کے دوکاندار پریشانی سے دوچار ہیں،پہلے سیلاب پھر زلزلہ بہ شمول دکاندار سب متاثر ہوئے اور اب ڈی سی کی صورت میں تیسرا عذاب نازل ہوا ہے جو کہ چترالی عوام کی خدمت کی بجائے پُرامن ماحول اور سکون کو بربادکررہا ہے جو کہ مرکزی اور صوبائی حکومت کے لئے پریشانی کا باعث بن رہا ہے۔
اُنہوں نے کہا ڈی سی چترال 40سال پرانا مسئلہ اُٹھا کر عوام کو ہراسان کرنے کی کوشش کررہے ۔اُنہوں نے کہا 1982میں سڑک کی توسیع کے لئے حکومت نے دوکانداروں سے جو زمین لی تھی وہ سڑک میں شامل کی گئی اور سڑک کے دونوں اطراف جو گندہ نالی بنی ہے وہ بھی عوامی نالے ہے جو کہ ابپاشی کے لئے استعمال ہورہے ہیں۔اُنہوں نے کہا کہ ڈی سی چترال نے چترال کے بازروں میں دوکانوں کے اندر نشانات لگاکر غیر قانونی کام اور چترال کے شریف اور معززدکانداروں کو بدنام کرنے کی کوشش کی ہے۔
اُنہوں نے انتظامیہ سے مطالبہ کیا کہ وہ سرکاری سڑک کی پیمائش کے کاغذات سامنے لائے تاکہ پتہ چلے کہ تجاوزات کہاں کہاں اور کس نے کی۔اُنہوں نے وزیر اعلیٰ خیبر پختونخواہ پرویز خٹک سے پُرزور مطالبہ کرتے ہوئے کہا کہ جلد از جلد ڈی سی چترال کوٹرانسفر کیا جائے ورنہ چترال میں امن وامان کا مسئلہ پیدا ہوجائیگا۔اُنہوں نے مزید کہا کہ چترال سکاؤٹ کے کمانڈنٹ کرنل نظام الدین نے چترال کے لوگوں کی بھرپور خدمت کی ہے عوام اور تاجر اُن سے خوش ہے،کمانڈنٹ چترال نے بائی پاس روڈ کی بلیک ٹائپنگ میں اہم کردار ادا کیا ہے۔جس پر ہم تجار یونین اُنہیں خراج تحسین پیش کرتے ہیں۔
ڈی پی او چترال بھی اپنی فرائض منصبی احسن طریقے سے سرانجام دے رہے ہیں نہ اُن کے وجہ سے دکاندار کو ہراسان کیا گیا نہ اُن کے عملہ کی طرف سے۔اُنہوں نے کہاکہ موجودہ ڈپٹی کمشنر اپنی انتظامی کمزریوں کو چھپانے کے لیے تجار اور عوامِ چترال کو مختلف حوالوں سے تنگ کررہاہے ۔صدر حبیب حسین مغل نے کہا کہ وزیراعلیٰ خیبر پختونخواہ پرویز خٹک پر چترال کے تاجر برادری کا بھرپور اعتماد ہے ۔اُن کہ ہمدردی چترالی عوام کے ساتھ ہیں ۔وزیراعلیٰ خیبرپختونخواہ ڈی سی چترال کو جلد ازجلدتبدیل کرکے چترال کے پرُامن ماحول کو خراب ہونے سے بچائے ۔ ]]>

DC Chitral is young and energetic blood he is doing very well job for the betterment of public interest. We are appreciating his vision.
we have to think about collective interest rather personal interests. when we think about collective interest we will move towards real development. All illegal things should be eliminated. This is very unfortunate that we are raising voices against the person who has taken steps in the best interest of citizens which no one has taken yet. Keep up the good work. Removing encroachments and implementing rule of law in good faith is a commendable step and if the DC is the one doing it, he deserves appreciation. However it has been seen that such moves soon fizzle out under mafia and political pressure or otherwise the initiator (in this case the DC) has to go. Hope it will not happen this time.
DC Chitral is very competent Officer and doing hard work for resolving problems of Chitral. Especially his heroic steps to meet post earthquake situation in Chitral and clearing encroachments in Chitral market area are highly appreciable. We strongly support the initiatives of DC Chitral which he is taking for public interest. And after long time we have had such competent and honest officer in Chitral. He must be here and we request him to intensify his fight against, encroachments, drugs mafias and other illegal practitioners with utmost zeal and commitment.
Any attempt to transfer the incumbent DC Chitral will be disastrous for the district. The author of the report MUST KEEP THIS IN MIND THAT HE CAN NOT DEMORALISE A COMPETENT OFFICER LIKE OSAMA WARAICH. We, the people of Chitral stand by him. Keep up the good work. Tighten the noose around these encroachers as such emergency meetings are nothing but a well thought strategy by some vested interests to establish their monopoly. These shopkeepers were seen nowhere when two former ranker DCs played with the interests of the district. When a competent, young DMG officer was posted who is known for his comptence, these so-called pressure group is making hue and cry. The shopkeepers, patwaris, and transporters in the district are three different creatures in shape of human being who need complete overhauling, which no one can do except Mr Waraich. Keep
it up Mr DC and prove that you are a real DMG officer.
