Vice chancellor pledges all-out support to Chitralis

KARACHI, March 6: “I am still half Chitrali and feeling proud of living with the Chitralis,” said Prof Dr Zafar Iqbal, the vice chancellor of Federal Urdu University of Arts, Science and Technology. “It is my desire to see Chitrali students in the front line and be ready for competition in every field,” he said while addressing a delegation of Chitral Student and Social Welfare Association who met him here. The delegation was headed by the president CSSWA Mr. Sher Jahan Khan Sahil. Other members of the delegation were Mr. Aly Fateh Khan, the general secretary CSSWA, Mr. Noor Shahiddin, the head of student affairs, Mr. Muhammad Rahim, member finance and senior member Syed Wali Shah. The vice chancellor said that he would try to provide every type of possible support to the Chitrali students in the field of education. At the end of the meeting, an appreciation shield was presented to Dr. Zafar in respect of his educational services.]]>
