You are making the readers fool, these are facts and realities, you did mention in your writes up. You know nothing about the governors of TLSC and there is no need of your kind suggestions for strengthening the BOG. The extension of visa to Ms. Carey was made possible through hectic efforts of BOG members. . you did mention in your previous article. ” The journalist-cum principal stood against their colleagues and benefactors”. What is this? Have you read the book penned down by Mam Carey? how can you surmise her views are anti- Pakistan? I am thankful to my previous organization because I have learnt a lot of things from there. Of course Aga Khan Education Service is a renowned network of education in Pakistan. You know employee have every right to apply for a new jobs. I left my previous school in a correct way and I did join TLSC through proper procedures. Salary has never been a big issue for me and salary of an employee is confidential and you did compare my current salary with that of my previous organization that is the same and you didn’t find any differences. Changes are necessary for every one to enhance your skills, knowledge and personal growth. My goal is to be a respectable position in any organization, where I can utilize my skills and improve my career path. I am happy in this organization TLSC because it is a good platform where I can learn more.

This is community based school. If a hotel owner, a contractor, a doctor can have a say in school affairs then whats wrong when@ Tanzil Khan who himself associated with education highlights. What about @ Zulfiqar, is he the employee of TLSC . By the way you have also written that you joined TLSC because the lady was giving quality education. You joined it out of greed. At AKHS you were being paid 35 thousand while the lady offered you 40 thousand. That’s it! Just for 5 thousand you left AKHS a more stable institute, now making a lot of hue and cry here. The contribution of Langland School and College with respect to providing of quality education in Chitral is enormous. I think it is the first private educational institution in Chitral. Each and every institution has its own strengths and limitations and there is always space for improvement. If we look this issue we should not be focused on the individuals rather we need to look it holistically. The most important stakeholders are the students and they should not be suffered in any cost. If we start blaming each others the issue will become more complex and ultimately the students and the teachers of the institution would be suffered. Individuals should not be allowed to work for their personal interests or for a particular party. Each individual has his/her own opinion about any particular issue but it is not the way to attack on the persons with the bad words which is not allowed in our religioun and culture.My suggestion would be to stop this debate and blame game and let the district and provincial government to decide for the best interest of students and teachers particularly and for Chitral generally.

My only concern regarding the TLSC is not only the future of thousands of students but also the teachers working there.No doubt teachers are the most deprived and exploited section of society when it comes to private sector.I was told that many new teachers joined TLSC owing to the current attractive salary structure implemented recently at TLSC by resigning their relatively stable jobs at other institutes .Now the recent crisis must have had an agonising impact upon their minds.So in this regard their concern is genuine and understandable.Whoever comes as a principal, the salary structure of the teachers at TLSC should be kept intact rather be improved further as they are the people who inject real energy into educational institution.If they are subjected to such mental torture how can they deliver as they are constantly worry about their job security and future.Meanwhile, there has to be a way out for the sacked teachers as well in order to put to an end to this crisis.Here the most affected people are the teachers( current and sacked both) and are suffering from the real trauma.What is more agonizing for them is that they are never given credit for the good work they do in the discharge of their duties.If students show good result the credit is given to the principal and if students put up a bad show then they are there to be made a scape goat.I plead you people to show respect to these teachers as they are connected with you spiritually.Some of them may not be that much good ,even then, we are not supposed to throw away the sanctity of the profession they are attached with by their character assassination.

I am thankful to my previous organization because I have learnt a lot of things from there. Of course Aga Khan Education Service is a renowned network of education in Pakistan. You know employee have every right to apply for a new jobs. I left my previous school in a correct way and I did join TLSC through proper procedures. Salary has never been a big issue for me and salary of an employee is confidential and you did compare my current salary with that of my previous organization that is the same and you didn’t find any differences. Changes are necessary for every one to enhance your skills, knowledge and personal growth. My goal is to be a respectable position in any organization, where I can utilize my skills and improve my career path. I am happy in this organization TLSC because it is a good platform where I can learn more.

@ Mr. Ayub: You have no idea about TLSC. Do you know all the members of BoG? Do you know the members of LET. My dear you are just an employee who has hardly spent a month at TLSC. This is community based school. If a hotel owner, a contractor, a doctor can have a say in school affairs then whats wrong when@ Tanzil Khan who himself associated with education highlights. What about @ Zulfiqar, is he the employee of TLSC . By the way you have also written that you joined TLSC because the lady was giving quality education. You joined it out of greed. At AKHS you were being paid 35 thousand while the lady offered you 40 thousand. That’s it! Just for 5 thousand you left AKHS a more stable institute, now making a lot of hue and cry here. If you are making such a claim then what about the sacked teachers who have gives their life and blood to TLSC.
The contribution of Langland School and College with respect to providing of quality education in Chitral is enormous. I think it is the first private educational institution in Chitral. Each and every institution has its own strengths and limitations and there is always space for improvement. If we look this issue we should not be focused on the individuals rather we need to look it holistically. The most important stakeholders are the students and they should not be suffered in any cost. If we start blaming each others the issue will become more complex and ultimately the students and the teachers of the institution would be suffered. Individuals should not be allowed to work for their personal interests or for a particular party. Each individual has his/her own opinion about any particular issue but it is not the way to attack on the persons with the bad words which is not allowed in our religioun and culture.My suggestion would be to stop this debate and blame game and let the district and provincial government to decide for the best interest of students and teachers particularly and for Chitral generally.
Mr.Tanzil You are not the governor of our school. You should not attack on the board of governors. You know nothing about the TLSC. In this article you didn’t mention the name of Carey Schofield but you want to attack on governor Capt Siraj although you didn’t mention his name but instead used the word co-pilot. The governors are supportive and have been working on the visa issue. If you want to attack on the governors and in another article on Carey Schofield than there is no need of microscope to understand the meanings of your words. Don’t make the people fool if you are not capable to understand the meanings of your words. You are making conspiracy theories and read your article you are spreading propaganda against Carey Schofield on visa extension issue and you are the enemy of the school. The real tragedy of the situation is that it creates the impression that everyone in Chitral can have a say in the future of the school. You think that you have a right to discuss the status of the school. There are many issues in Govt Degree College Chitral, no one from TLSC interferes in the affair of your College. Why you Mr.Tanzil are so determined to interfere our school affair. Who has given this authority to you? You should study the educational policies and would be able to understand the meaning of apolitical policy, confidentiality and misrepresentation of organization. I did join TLSC only on one reason that Carey Schofield wants to bring quality education in chitral. I am straightforward and I need no hesitation to express my feelings and my feelings are genuine. We all the teachers, parents and students are united, we want Carey Schofield because she deserves to be supported by all.

The teachers both new and old ones (still in service) might be stunned as they were, when they heard an irrational colossal increase in their remunerations. Private school teacher are destined to be used as tissue papers and working teachers of the school, may be traumatized as they are the least paid intellectual laborers ‘of the modern industrialized society in spite of their invaluable contributions to the society.
The recent increase in the wages of teachers was a happy move, though intrinsically, it was aimed to calm down the adverse effects of the principal’s irrational decisions. In fact, it was an implicit palm greasing and financial bribery via dirty trick to detract the teachers’ rational as well as objective approach. In their loyalty to the magnanimous journalist cum principal, they cold-bloodily stood against their colleagues and even against their benefactor.
The egotist lady removed the experienced teachers at whim and the remaining few were to come under the stroke of her pen as her shifting mood was unpredictable like the autumnal Wild West wind.
Thus, her first move was to raise the school fees 200 % making the Langlands school and college virtually unaffordable to the middle class of the society. The elitist made her a major marketing tool for her hotel, charged annually more than 47 Lac rupees from her which was paid from school’s exchequer”.

But, as soon as you are not capable of finding the words then kindly visit to hospital for the check up of your eyes. Don’t be rubbish and blame , that I am spreading propaganda against the Lady-principal. Your allegation is merely inspirational base rather than logic. Don’t realize me about the community feedback; I have no personals problems with Carey. The problem is that you people want to bring a space and effort being conspirators against the lady principal.

My only concern regarding the TLSC is not only the future of thousands of students but also the teachers working there.No doubt teachers are the most deprived and exploited section of society when it comes to private sector.I was told that many new teachers joined TLSC owing to the current attractive salary structure implemented recently at TLSC by resigning their relatively stable jobs at other institutes .Now the recent crisis must have had an agonising impact upon their minds.So in this regard their concern is genuine and understandable.Whoever comes as a principal, the salary structure of the teachers at TLSC should be kept intact rather be improved further as they are the people who inject real energy into educational institution.If they are subjected to such mental torture how can they deliver as they are constantly worry about their job security and future.Meanwhile, there has to be a way out for the sacked teachers as well in order to put to an end to this crisis.Here the most affected people are the teachers( current and sacked both) and are suffering from the real trauma.What is more agonizing for them is that they are never given credit for the good work they do in the discharge of their duties.If students show good result the credit is given to the principal and if students put up a bad show then they are there to be made a scape goat.I plead you people to show respect to these teachers as they are connected with you spiritually.Some of them may not be that much good ,even then, we are not supposed to throw away the sanctity of the profession they are attached with by their character assassination.

It is quite clear that the parents, teachers and students will not accept any other principal except Carey Schofield.Mr. Tanzil you should be realistic and don’t try to make propaganda against Carey Schofield. You cannot convince the community if you have no logical reasons at all.

My humble request to TLSC tigers , read carefully the artical again as its full of positive suggestion and recomendation , remedy to solve the problem . This is your second article regarding TLSC, in your both articles you have targeted personalities, families, sects and tried to drag the issue into dirty politics rather than any positive suggestion towards the solution. It is our school, we, our brothers and sisters are studying here leave this issue on us and you take interest in your own college which is in big crisis than our school, every day you people are fighting each other and reaching police stations.
