The statement of the DC Chitral , ” Security is not the responsibility of teachers” is highly appreciated. Yes, the teachers’ job is teaching and training of the students. Security of both the teachers and the taught is the sole responsibility of the concerned agencies. We hope that DC Chitral will also arrange security for the private educational institutions, as well.
