Renovated nursery inaugurated in Children Hospital
CHITRAL: After retrofitting, renovation and strengthening of the neonatal nursery unit at the Children Hospital Chitral, it was inaugurated on Tuesday.
DHO Dr Israrullah on the occasion said Deputy Commissioner Irshad Sodhar visited the unit and appreciated the efforts of UNICEF for establishment of such a sophisticated unit for the children of Chitral.
Mr Charles of UNICEF said it was very small contribution and gift from UNICEF which was looking forward for more interventions in health sector in Chitral.
Dr. Gulzar Ahmad briefed the guests about the equipment provided by the UNICEF.
This is awesome news from my beloved Chitral. i also pray the honorable authorities take necessary measures to better manage the hospital waste and other garbage being dumped in the waterways specially the liquid waste from the said childrens hospital.
