PM Abbasi may delay his visit to Chitral
CHITRAL: Prime Minister Shahid Khaqan Abbasi’s expected visit to Chitral on Jan 10 to inaugurate a number of projects is uncertain due to his pressing engagements in the federal capital.
It has been learnt through sources that the prime minister has delayed his visit to Chitral by about two weeks. He is expected to visit Chitral in the last week of January. However, it is also no confirmed if he could be able to visit Chitral this month.
Mr Abbasi, among other projects, is expected to open the first phase (30mw) of the 108 megawatt Golen Gol power station which has been completed.–Bashir Hussain Azad
