Mismanagement at SBBU

Sir,
I would like to invite a reference to the news item “SBBU decisions” (19th August 2015) and request the honorable chanceller, Governor KP, to order an inquiry into the mismanagement at Shaheed Benazir Bhutto University Sheringal upper Dir.
More than 1600 students are waiting for their degrees since December 2011. I passed M.Ed from SBBU in annual exam 2013 and deposited Rs 2000/ fee for the degree in absentia in November 2013.
My application is still pending for no fault on my part. During the last six years, SBBU has not made its statutory bodies functional. Syndicate, Senate, Academic Council and the Board of Research and Advance Studies are not functional. Quality Enhancement Cell is yet to be constituted. The registrar office is run by inexperienced people and the university is functioning like a grocery shop.
Ex-students of SBBU Sheringal have hired a leading council to settle the degree issue through the court of law. Rest of the issues may kindly be settled through an inquiry either by NAB or by the governor’s inspection team.
