Students’ delegation meets Musharraf
KARACHI, Jan 23: The members of the cabinet and management committee, Chitral Students Association Karachi, on Friday called on former president Pervez Musharraf at his residence in Karachi.
The delegation included president Syed Nasir Ali Shah, general secretary Syed Karim Ali Shah, vice-president Syed Sajjad Ali Shah Katoor, finance secretary Miftahuddin Shams, Syed Zulfiqar Ali Shah and Al-Waiz Sultan Nigah.
The delegation discussed with the former president issues being faced by the Chitrali students in Karachi. Gen Musharraf assured them that he would do whatever possible for the resolution of the issues.
The students also informed the former president that they were planning to arrange a musical event called “An evening in the name of Musharraf.”

Instead of criticizing we should rather appreciate the step taken by dear khlfagaan. Let them call him Syed/Prince/General Pervez Musharraf or even their mamu. But our young MNA Iftikharuddin took votes in his name but I don’t think he ever bothered to see Musharraf. Haji Ghulam Muhammad even parted ways with his party. And the MNA is busy in serving Nawaz Sharif. The people of Chitral should be aware of these people for exploiting them in the name of Musharraf. To be precise, the MNA and former MPA have let down the people of Chitral in front of Pervez Musharraf.
