Govt thanked for Drosh powerhouse project

CHITRAL, July 26: Social and political circles of Drosh have thanked the PTI provincial government and Chief Minister Pervez Khattak for approving one megawatt powerhouse for the town. The public circles termed the decision of the government a big step to resolve the power issues of the area, adding the residents were facing troubles due to the unavailability of electricity. The public circles also lauded the efforts made by PTI Member Provincial Assembly Bibi Fozia in getting the approval for the establishment of the powerhouse. They demanded the provincial government immediately release the required funds so that this important project could be started without delay. It may be noted that MPA Fozia had announced the establishment of the one megawatt hydel power station in Drosh which has now been approved by the provincial government.]]>
