Five members of a family among 12 killed on road; truck driver blamed for accident

the owner of such services provider should be banned or they should change their rugged vehicles, local govt of Chitral should take serious action against such culprits.
their concern is only profit generation and they even don’t think about peoples (passenger) lives, we can not blame the driver for this incident because to drive vehicle continuously for 24 hours is not an easy task:(the only responsible people are
    1, MNA
2, because MPAs and all law enforcing agencies give free hand to traveler agencies without any limitition and investigation about thier passenger carrying vehicle.
there is no contribution from local govt to improve the transportation.

RIP for all those who departed from this heartrending accident. I must say that people are never safe travelling via the protracted corkscrew road of Lawari hills at any season of the year, which is influenced by many factors, some of which are pathetic conditions of vehicles, travelling long night where drivers get sleepy, uneven and risky roads with lack of side rail protections. The leadership of Chital must take some serious actions providing the basic safety for the people regarding transportation to Chitral and within Chitral as well. The unsafe roads of upper and lower Chitral have also taken the lives of hundreds of Chitralies, leaving behind a big question for the leadership for why they are not paying attention in making some blameless and safe roads. Why it is being waited to see occasions like this? Tunnel has taken more than a decade to get completed and still I am not sure how long would it take to get fully unlocked for transportation.

CRIMINAL NEGLIGENCE OF GOVT IN REGULATING THESE TRANSPORT MAFIAS WHO ARE PLAYING WITH LIVES OF THE CHITRALIS. WHY GOVT ALWAYS WAIT FOR SUCH A BIG TRAGEDY TO TAKE ACTION. CERTAINLY THIS ACCIDENT SEEMS TO BE THE RESULT OF POOR CONDITION OF THE BUS. THIS BUS NEVER REACHED ITS DESTINATIONS ON TIME WITHOUT BREAKING DOWN ON ROAD AND TORTURING PASSENGERS INCLUDING WOMEN AND CHILDREN UNDER THE OPEN SKY. THE GOVT NEEDS TO IMMEDIATELY BAN THESE RICKETY BUSES TO SAVE LIVES.

Last time i was going from Chitral to Islamabad after missing my flight, this coaster kept us waiting up till 10 hours right on Lawari Top, than near Mardan and forcefully we changed the vehicle from Mardan to Islamabad, these accidents are nowadays day to day routeen from us and should be stopped. The local government of Chitral and Bus Adda owners should immediately stopped these vehicles.
